Cafeteria food

    I normally try to take a lunch to work. Not that the cafeteria food is bad by any means, it just seems to cost more than I'd like to pay for lunch. I've noticed a lot of my married co-workers do the same thing. The single ones seem to buy lunch every day.
    Often times, I'll have something good to take - leftovers from the night before or something made especially for lunch - but sometimes I just take peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
    One day last week, a co-worker sat down next to me and eyed my sandwich. She looked at me and said "what, don't you like the cafeteria food?" I just thought it was a funny comment because I have nothing against the cafeteria food, I just like to bring my own. I guess sometimes I look like I'm in elementary school, but it works fine for me.
    Yay for taking lunch!
